Grant Freeman is President at Thryv ensuring Thryv is a transformative and efficient customer-centric company. Grant’s prior title was Chief Customer Officer focusing on improving the client and employee experience to create highly engaged and happy clients. Grant remains focused on leading the global team responsible for acquisition, retention, operations and client success.
Grant is responsible for all day-to-day operations to drive alignment across the team and deliver on business priorities. His team includes marketing, product, sales, operations, IT, client success, international partnerships as well as legal and employee experience. His deep experience in sales and customer experience, along with his exceptional track record, positions him well to inspire and lead our operating team.
Prior to joining Thryv, Grant served as director of digital media for hibu. While there, he led a team of senior digital specialists and was instrumental in the company reaching its digital revenue targets. He and his team were also responsible for training./p>
Grant received Bachelor of Arts – Marketing degree from Pennsylvania State University.
