(NASDAQ:DXM) announced today it has retained KERN, an Omnicom owned, multi-channel acquisition and customer relationship marketing (CRM) agency, to help promote Dex Media’s local marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. KERN is charged with developing direct response communication plans that reach prospects and clients in a variety of ways.
