If you ordered a logo with your Thryv Services, you agree to the following additional Terms and Conditions as a supplement to your Thryv Platform Services Terms and Conditions, the terms of which are incorporated herein by this reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning given in the Thryv Platform Services Terms and Conditions.

1. Services. We will create a custom logo for your business.
2. Charges. Payment is a one-time fee.
3. Ownership. The logo we create and provide will be your sole and exclusive property; however, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, record, display, and publish the logo to provide your Thryv Services.
