A summary of the primary health, welfare and financial savings programs available to newly hired employees is shown below. Additional information about these programs, an employee’s share of the cost, and applicable benefit coverage waiting periods is provided once an applicant is hired.*
Thryv offers a choice of medical plan options that provide comprehensive coverage for preventive care, doctor visits, hospital care, and prescription drugs. Employees and Thryv share the cost of medical coverage.
Thryv offers a choice of dental plan options that cover preventive, basic and major dental procedures. Some dental plan options also cover orthodontic services. Employees and Thryv share the cost of dental coverage.
Thryv’s vision plan covers eye exams, and glasses or contacts, and offers discounts on other vision related services such as LASIK. Employees pay the full cost of vision coverage.
Health Savings Accounts
When enrolled in the company’s consumer driven High Deductible Health Plan, employees can make pre-tax contributions to a health savings account to help pay for qualified health care expenses now or in the future, even if the individual is no longer employed at Thryv.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Thryv makes available Health Care and Dependent Day Care flexible spending accounts that help employees save tax dollars on eligible expenses.
401(k) Savings Plan
Thryv offers a 401(k) savings plan with a wide range of investment options. Employee contributions may be made on a pre-tax, after-tax and/or Roth 401(k) basis.
Short Term Disability (STD)
Thryv’s short term disability program provides temporary, partial income replacement when a qualifying illness or injury occurs. Employees are automatically enrolled in this program when eligible. Thryv pays the full cost of STD coverage.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
The LTD program provides additional income protection when an employee is unable to work for an extended length of time due to a medically-approved disabling condition. Thryv pays the full cost of LTD coverage.
Thryv provides life insurance coverage equal to one times an employee’s eligible pay. Employees can also purchase supplemental life coverage on themselves and/or their eligible dependents.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Thryv provides AD&D insurance coverage equal to one times an employee’s eligible pay. Employees can also buy supplemental AD&D coverage on themselves and their eligible dependents.
Business-Travel Accident Insurance
Employees are automatically provided business-travel accident coverage. This coverage provides additional protection when traveling on Thryv business.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employees may receive confidential and personal counseling assistance to help deal with challenges that can affect health, relationships or job effectiveness through Thryv’s EAP. The EAP is also there to assist employees with legal and financial challenges, work/life services, and adoption assistance. Thryv pays the full cost of EAP coverage.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESPP)
Thryv wants every employee to have the opportunity to invest in our Company by owning company stock. Our ESPP is considered one of the most generous as compared to other companies. We offer a 15% discount with a look-back feature! The look-back feature applies the 15% discount on the lowest of the two prices between the Grant Date price and the Purchase Date price. Our ESPP offers two annual enrollments, two Offering Periods and two Purchase Dates each year.
Thryv’s time off programs include holidays, vacation, and personal days. In addition, Thryv is closed between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
To help employees with work and life balance, Thryv offers alternative work arrangements, depending on the position, so that employees can attend to personal needs such as health, hobbies, family, and interests outside of work.
Employees also have access to a discount program with over 100 discounts available.
